2012 shows have been scheduled. The start time is 8pm giving participants time to grab dinner before the event.
In 2011 Queenie, the BVDs and the Bingo Volunteers raised another $20,000 for ALFA. The year ended with 2 sellout events. The group bid a fond farewell to their fearless leader, Rodney Tucker, and wished him success in his new career as director of Time Out Youth in Charlotte.
Not Your Mama’s Bingo 2010 raised $20,000 for ALFA’s fight against AIDS.
Chapel of Love Bingo is in the record books. The first Not Your Mama’s Bingo, held February 13, 2010, was quite the success as all the tickets sold out before the event and almost $5,000 was raised for the fight against AIDS. Participants had fun and are demanding more.
